This image deserves its sub-story. Looki and I were discussing the NatGeo reader-submitted photos. I glanced over at this very image and remarked that while I enjoyed the image they post every day selected from their thousands and thousands of readers (like this one), sometimes I feel like they could have more people in them. Less of the talented representation of nature, more of the tricky photographing of human lives.
“I took this photo,” said Looki.
So, as far as off-hand, non-constructive criticism goes, I’d say mistaking Looki’s photos for something that was published in National Geographic isn’t too harsh.
Have I wriggled out of this one?

Nah, it’s not interesting enough. I have some others though, I’m yet to sort through.
