Miniature Landscape

I found a neat little book on landscape photography in the local bookstore, in hopes I can make my landscapes more interesting. I’ve yet to finish reading it, but I remembered one tip was to look out for miniature landscapes as well as normal sized ones. I was drawn to the shadows this grass was casting; unfortunately the ants had scurried away by this time. The book also said something to the effect that it’s helpful to give a hint of the boundary to the image at that scale. I think I did that part without thinking.
