  1. OM-D?
    You mean: OMG.
As in: OMG 327 is gonna go bunta if you get that already. I’m still sticking with the E-P3 and its *ahem* built-in flash. That I even use sometimes.

Yeah, or he’ll use it as an excuse to get 3 monitors and a new computer with 2 graphics cards for gaming.
But yeah, I’m not going to get it just yet. But some of the more photography-friendly features I don’t have on my mini would be nice, along with all the extra improvements. Now that I know I’m actually going to use them. But as they say, the lenses are more important, and most important is what you do with it.
And I may have already spent my money on something else instead.

The EP-3 is cool, you definitely want to hang on to that for a while.

  2. A while ago I “threatened” Stef by saying that if she bought another lens, I would buy a new PC. I thought that she might be motivated to save money if she considered my frivolity as a mirror for her own. Of course it has backfired. “She just bought X so I can buy Y.” “He just bought Y so I can buy Z”. And so it goes until we are broke, crying into our baked bean dinners, surrounded by a mountain of shiny gadgets which are slowly fading into obsolescence.

That’s just too depressing. Stop it.
